By creating an Earnova account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Earnova. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Mentor, Influencer, and Supplier accounts are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or revoke role access at our sole discretion.
Earnings, commissions, and withdrawals are governed by the rules published in your dashboard. Earnova may adjust commission rates with prior notice.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting fraud, spamming users, or violating any applicable law. Violations may result in account termination.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
